Terms of Service

Inclusive Charity League, Inc. ("ICL," "we," "us") is a non-profit public benefit corporation organized under the laws of the State of California and is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. This Site exists to tell people about our program, our events, and how to get involved.

This Site is provided for general information only. The content on the Site (including event details and program descriptions) is offered "as is" and may change from time to time without notice. We make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the information on the Site.

Volunteering with ICL as a member is a separate relationship from using this Site. Participation in our program — including sign-up, membership fees, conduct expectations, and photo/media permissions — is governed by our separate membership agreement ("Become a Member" agreement), which members (or a parent or legal guardian for minors) complete at sign-up. Nothing on this Site changes or replaces that agreement.

From time to time we may accept voluntary donations through the Site. Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor (currently Stripe), and payment information you provide is handled under Stripe's terms and privacy policy — we do not receive or store your full card details.

ICL is a 501(c)(3) organization, so donations may be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your own tax advisor. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at admin@inclusivecharityleague.org and we will work with you in good faith.

The text, logo, and photographs on this Site belong to ICL or are used with permission. Some photos show our volunteers and their families at events. You may share and link to our pages; you may not reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Please don't misuse the Site: no attempts to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in ways that harm it, or use it to send spam or unlawful material.

Our Site links to the websites of partner organizations and press articles. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICL and its volunteers and directors will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
